When you submit a contact, valuation, or join-our-brokerage form, we collect the name, email, phone number, and any message or property details you provide. We do not buy or rent contact lists.
How we use it
Submitted information is used solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule consultations, and follow up about Louisiana real estate services you have asked about.
Who can see it
Form submissions are stored in a private database. Access is restricted to authorized Empower Haus Realty staff. The public website cannot read submitted leads.
Retention & deletion
We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our recordkeeping obligations. To request deletion or a copy of your data, email hello@empowerhausrealty.com.
Security practices
Our website uses HTTPS in transit, an authenticated backend with row-level access rules, and least-privilege roles for staff accounts. This page describes app-owner practices and is not an independent certification.
Third parties
We use a chat assistant (Voiceflow) to answer common questions on the site. Messages you send in chat are processed by that provider to generate responses.
